-I attempted to fix the features classmates complained about the most
Changes:
-Made crate mass smaller - gives player more time to jump
-Current mass is bit above the mass which doesnt work as intended as it doesnt dive enough to force player to jump from it fast.
-Made the floor at acid pool higher so player doesnt hit ceiling so fast so player can jump further. To compensate the change I made the pool slightly bigger.
-Some of the hardest jump were made a bit easier
-Checkpoint part felt clumsy so I changed the platform a bit so that it is unlikely to fall because of it
-Minor decorations
Notes
I found a physics anomaly in my level that allows player to jump walls that are higher than jump height(by getting stuck on side of wall), however I am not able to create another instance of it.
As I thought the difficulty that was a bit challenging for me was really hard for almost everyone else. I feel like my level wouldnt be the same without them, but I made some bit easier so I think this version is hard but doable in reasonable amount of tries.
The lesson for me was to have someone play the game whenever you make major changes. Difficulty assesment is difficult if you know the level inside out.
